Interior designer, Elaina Myers, of 4 Corners International Design Concepts, has created a cool and contemporary villa that is perfect for extended families, larger groups or wedding parties. A sparkling 13-meter pool surrounded by wooden decking is home to a brunch-ready wooden balé with generous seating and two fabulous black bamboo-swinging chairs.
Rural charm abounds with coconut groves, mango and papaya trees fringing the property. A small temple has been hewn from the jungle on the riverbank opposite the balconied bedrooms offering a unique view into the daily rituals of this exotic and mysterious island.
A team of dedicated staff including villa attendants and 24/7 security ensures that every whim is catered for in sumptuous and seamless style from a large working kitchen, a guest kitchen, and bar.

DARMA
The stunning wrap-around balcony overlooking two tranquil streams marks the Darma suite as the estate’s premier bedroom. BIMA
Tucked into a quiet corner of Villa Simona Oasis is this sweet room that has a pretty furnished balcony overlooking flowering gardens. The ‘opium’ style queen-size bed is sumptuously cushioned, and backed by sliding woven panels that open – or close – to the private bathroom where a freestanding bathtub overlooks flowering hibiscus and a manicured walled garden. Volcanic stone accents the floors and wall motifs highlight this stylish Balinese-style bathroom that is complete with a rain shower and twin sinks. Back in the bedroom, a sofa is poised for watching TV in air-conditioned comfort.
SAHADEWA
Closer to the central living pavilion is this beautiful riverside bedroom that features corner windows where you can lose yourself while gazing out over the river and into the equatorial forest from a cushioned sofa. The king-size bed is backed by sliding panels to the bathroom where an open-air shower is perfect for lavations under the stars and a freestanding tub sits amid black volcanic stones. The bathroom has a relaxing undercover daybed and a bar fridge
NAKULA
The carved Balinese doors to Nakula are directly opposite Sahadewa, making this riverside suite of two bedrooms perfect for families. Stylish cane twin beds, which convert to king-size, are side by side, and a matching ‘opium’ style sofa lies in front of the TV. Large windows overlook the jungle and river. The connected bathroom has a freestanding travertine tub in a small walled garden with open-air shower, undercover daybed, twin sinks and bar fridge.
ARJUNA
Beyond Sahedewa and Nakula, the Arjuna bedroom has a private entrance and a lush lawn fringed with opulent gardens, and a divine private curtained balé overlooking the river. Ideal for couples wanting a romantic hideaway, Arjuna has a furnished terrace and an elegant interior with a king-size bed at the center of the room. Sliding panels open to the bathroom, which features a large walled garden, freestanding tub, double vanity and rain shower housed behind an opaque glass door.

Event Facilities
Kitchen and Bar
The villa’s kitchen must not be used during an event. Caterers can set up a satellite kitchen in the staff area (undercover area) or along the pathway to the staff area next to the villa’s kitchen. The villa’s bar can’t be used during an event; alternatively, free-standing bars can be set up in the paved or grass area and must use a mat to protect the grass.
Guest Washrooms
There are two guest washrooms near the villa’s main living room. It is the responsibility of the EO to ensure the cleanliness of the washrooms during the events.
Parking and Access
The parking area is to be kept free for guests’ arrival and departure (drop-off and pick-up only). This means that there is no parking on-site for EOs or suppliers. Vehicles are permitted for a one-hour period for loading but should be off-site at least one hour prior to the event. Guests should be encouraged to use drivers or taxis for events at Villa Simona Oasis.
Regulations and Restrictions
The main living room must not be used as an event space. The furniture can be moved slightly but not removed. The pool bale can be used as an entertainment area but can’t be used as a dance floor. A dance floor may be built in the grass area/lawn but it must have a raised platform to minimize damage to the grass and need to be set up on the day of the event. Staging is not permitted over the pool.
Floating bamboo and foam structures for candles and flowers are permitted however they should be removed by the EO by 1am or as soon as guests enter the pool in order to avoid any damage or injury.
Fireworks, balloon release, and Thai wishing lanterns are strictly forbidden.
As the villa is located in a residential area, therefore a strict music curfew at 11 pm applies for all loud music. In-house music played through villa’s speakers are allowed after 11 pm with the volume controlled by the villa staff until 12 midnight the latest.
