The dictionary defines the word seascape as a view of an expanse of sea. It’s the perfect name for this fabulous five-bedroom villa that enjoys a rare, absolute beachfront setting on the edge of a small cove. Across the bay ocean rollers send dramatic spumes of spray high above the headland, Devil’s Tear; at night the lights of Sanur glimmer on Bali’s mainland 12 kilometers away across the Badung Straits.
Designed by Bali-based Italian architect Valentina Audrito, noted for her playful use of space, Villa Seascape offers an extraordinary variety of living areas, orbiting a double-height living room that spills onto a poolside entertainment terrace with access onto the beach. The interiors are thoroughly contemporary, with chic minimalist furniture in cool aqua colors resting on polished pebble floors, warmed by the creative use of bamboo, teakwood, terrazzo and shell. With the exception of the master bedroom pavilion, privately tucked away in the garden behind, every room in the villa enjoys spectacular ocean views.
This elegant villa promises magical experiences for families and groups of friends seeking luxury living and a laid-back vibe in a blissful beachfront setting. Daytime, recline in the shallows of the pool or on an oversized bean bag on the terrace, then convene at the pool bar for a light lunch served by the ever-attentive butler. Take an afternoon siesta on the suspended, netted-floor mezzanine, or draw the blackout curtains in the media room and languish on the gigantic floor cushion in front of a good film. Enjoy a dazzling sunset around the fire-pit or a cocktail at Sandy Bay Beach Club a minute’s walk along the beach. before tucking into a beachfront barbecue or gourmet meal prepared by the talented villa chef.
Guests arriving in Bali late afternoon or evening should arrange overnight accommodation in Sanur and ferry transfers to Nusa Lembongan the following morning as sea crossings after 5pm are not recommended. A complimentary buggy will meet guests at Mushroom Bay on Nusa Lembongan for transfers to the villa.

Transport
Villa guests arrive via the Sanur-to-Nusa Lembongan ferries which run regularly through the day. Guests arriving in Sanur later than 5pm will require overnight accommodation on mainland Bali as crossings are not recommended at night. Your villa manager can help with ferry bookings (on guest account). Once on-island, a pick-up truck (seats 10 passengers) and driver can be arranged. The villa staff can also arrange motorcycle, buggy or bicycle rental for guests.

Event Facilities
Kitchen and Bar
The villa’s kitchen must not be used during an event. Therefore, caterers must set up a satellite kitchen in the front garden of the cottage guest suite and set up a marquee to cover the area or use partitions to block the view. There is a bar by the pool, available for events at the villa. Caterers should protect the surface of the villa’s bar by using mats to minimize damage.
Guest Washrooms
There are two guest’s washrooms available for use, one near the villa entrance and another one by the pool area. It is the responsibility of the EO to ensure the cleanliness of the washrooms during the events.
Parking
The parking area is to be kept free for guests’ arrival and departure (drop-off and pick-up only). This means that there is no parking on site for EOs or suppliers. Vehicles are permitted for a one-hour period for loading but should be off-site at least one hour prior to the event. Guests should be encouraged to use shuttle which can be organized by the villa staff or EO’s.
Power, Cabling and Lighting
Villa electrical supplies are generally not sufficient to cater for events.
In order not to damage the supply and to protect the villa from fire hazards the guidelines below need to be followed:
- No power is to be drawn from the villa supply
- A generator with minimum 40KVA should be supplied
- Cables should not be dug into lawns
- Cables should try to follow edges of concrete / grass where possible
- Cable traps should be laid in high traffic areas or where cables may pose a safety risk
- Electric lanterns are permitted to be hung from trees using existing nails only
- Heavy lighting must be attached by metal brace and not by hooks and nails
- Paper candle lanterns, balloon release, fireworks or Thai wishing lanterns, confetti bomb are not permitted
- All candles should have candle bases to prevent wax spillage
