ROOMS
- All five air-conditioned bedrooms have pool views and are fashioned in white polished concrete with walk-in closets and built-in king-size beds incorporating ceiling fans within their snowy netted canopies.
- Three of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor; accessed via floor-to-ceiling glass doors.
- Two of these incorporate sunken bathtubs embellished with more aqua tones, while all three of the downstairs indoor-outdoor bathrooms boast two showers, one indoors and the other in a private walled garden open to the sky and planted with heliconia and graceful parlor palms.
- The two master bedrooms are located on the upper floor, accessed via a central staircase guarded by a white Buddha statue. Both have vaulted ceilings, a lounging area with a huge daybed, and an ensuite bathroom with a rainshower. Picture windows overlook the pool.
CHILD POLICY & EXTRA BEDDING
- Complimentary one baby cot and baby high chair available.
- An additional baby cot is charged at USD 10 per unit per day and an additional high chair is charged at USD 5 per unit per day.
- Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- An extra bed is available at USD 35 per person per night. Only 1 additional bed available.
- Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the Property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorized in writing.
- Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

Please be informed that Bali observes Nyepi, the Hindu Day of Silence, marking the start of the Saka New Year. The 24-hour observance begins at 05:59 AM and ends at 06:00 AM the following day, during which the island will come to a complete standstill. No outdoor activities are allowed.
Nyepi Day in Bali has no fixed date every year. According to the Balinese Calendar, Nyepi will take place a day after the 9th new moon. In the Gregorian Calendar, it will be in March. When making a reservation, our team will inform you in advance if your booking dates coincide with Nyepi.
