Event Space 

Small garden area near the entrance gate is a perfect space for welcome drinks and this space can also be used for after ceremony cocktails. Ceremonies are best set up on the main villa lawn with the black sand beach view and island view as a backdrop OR at the back garden area near the Joglo where there’s a big tree and a lush green lawn which provide many delightful photo ops for capturing enchanting memories to last a lifetime. 

Kitchen and Bar

The villa’s kitchen must not be used during an event; therefore, caterers must set up satellite kitchen next to the main villa kitchen and use a marquee to cover the area and while plating can be done inside the villa kitchen area. There is no bar available at the villa, therefore caterers will need to supply free standing bars either on the lawn or on the pool deck or near Koi pond by the master bedroom and must use a mat to protect the grass and the floor’s surface. 

Guest Washrooms 

There are two guest’s washroom in front of the villa’s main kitchen. It is the responsibility of the EO to ensure the cleanliness of the washrooms during the events. Parking The villa parking area is to be kept free for guests’ arrivals and departures. Vehicles are permitted for a one-hour period for loading but should be off site at least one hour prior to the event. There’s a parking space available on the empty land next to the villa that can be used by the vendors and guests. There’s a vendor access next to villa main lawn available for vendor to load the equipment

Regulations and Restrictions 

The Main House living room also can be a perfect space to welcome the guests or as a registration area, the furniture in the living area can be slightly moved if absolutely necessary, however these areas should not be considered as event venues either. 

Staging is permitted over the pool, however a site plan must be submitted a minimum of 45 days prior for approval. Floating bamboo and foam structures for candles and flowers are permitted however they should be removed by the EO by 1am or as soon as guests enter the pool in order to avoid any damage or injury. Fireworks, balloon release, and Thai wishing lanterns are strictly forbidden. 

Fire dance is only allowed on the sand by the beach right outside the glass fence to avoid the damage on the grass and pool area. Marquees must be freestanding. A dance floor may be built in the lawn.
