Event Space
Villa Nica is a perfect venue for intimate events; the open living room is ideal for welcome drinks while the terrazzo deck by the swimming pool is perfect for ceremonies. The lower lawn under the pool is ideal for cocktail reception after the ceremony followed by dinner at the front lawn or lawn next to the pool.

Kitchen and Bar
The villa’s kitchen must not be used during an event. Caterers can set up a satellite kitchen in the staff area by setting up tents. Free-standing bars can be set up in the paved area by the pool or grass area and must use a mat to protect the grass.
Guest Washrooms
There is one guest washroom available which is located next to the living room. It is the responsibility of the EO to ensure the cleanliness of the washrooms during the events.
Parking and Access
The parking area is to be kept free for guests’ arrival and departure (drop-off and pick-up only). This means that there is no parking on site for EOs or suppliers. Vehicles are permitted for a one hour period for loading but should be off-site at least one hour prior to the event. Guests are encouraged to use drivers or taxis for events at Villa Nica
