MASTER BEDROOM 1
This bedroom is located on the ground floor with a view directly onto the pool and beach. The outdoor bath tub and spacious, yet private bathroom make this an extremely desirable bedroom.
The sliding doors onto the pool make it extremely easy for you to step right into the pool or head directly to breakfast at the outdoor pavilion.
The master bath includes an outdoor bathtub that is literally sunk into a Koi pond. The indoor part of the bathroom provides guests with generous facilities including double sinks, air conditioning and showers.
MASTER BEDROOMS 2 & 3
Rooms with the best view; these two bedrooms are very generously proportioned with fabulous views onto the waves and the beach in front.
In the winter months these will have a nice breeze flowing through the bedrooms.
These bathrooms have separate stand-alone bathtubs as well as private shower areas and vanity areas with sinks.
MASTER BEDROOM 4 & 5
These downstairs bedrooms do not benefit from the same kind of sea views as the rest of the bedrooms; however they are more private in that they are separate stand-alone buildings that are about ten metres away from the structure of the main house.
They also both benefit from outdoor as well as indoor showering facilities.
Extreme care has been taken to ensure that every view into these rooms has been carefully shielded from the outside so no one can see into the private areas of the bathrooms.
CHILD POLICY & EXTRA BEDDING
- Complimentary one baby cot and baby high chair available.
- An additional baby cot is charged at USD 10 per unit per day and an additional high chair is charged at USD 5 per unit per day.

The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the Property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorized in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement. No pets are allowed unless agreed in writing in advance.

- Maximum number of guests:
Small Events: 60 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 100 guests (maximum standing capacity).
Large Events: 80 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 100 guests (maximum standing capacity), at least 3 Villas at Pantai Lima Estate must be booked (including Villa Mary). - Minimum Nights:
3 Nights (Normal and Shoulder Seasons)
4 Nights (High Season).
Peak Season events are subject to approval.
Note: For Normal/Shoulder Season, 2 nights stay may be allowed if the stay is adjacent to an existing booking. Approved event organizer must be appointed. - Event fees:
USD 2,500++ (for small events of up to 100 standing guests) and IDR 6,000,000 for local community banjar fee;
USD 2,500++ (for large events of up to 100 standing guests) and IDR 6,000,000 for local community banjar fee (at least 3 villas at Pantai Lima Estate must be booked, including Villa Mary).
Option to host pre/post events (small gatherings of up to 30 guests held before/after the main event) is available at USD 300++ and IDR 2,500,000 for local community banjar fee. - Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
- A security deposit of USD 2,000 (small and large events) is required upon arrival. This is used to cover cost of service or replacement in case of damage or breakage to the property during the event (pre and after) takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property. You may choose one of two options, to be provided upon arrival at the villa in cash or to provide your credit card details to us so that we may hold the security deposit on your behalf.
- Guests must pre-arrange their own transport as there may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
- No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa.
- Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
- Music curfew (sound system, DJ or live music) is allowed until 12 midnight only. A maximum of 2,000 watt (small events) or 5,000 watt (large events). Only in-house speakers were allowed for pre/post events.
- Villa Mary is one of the five luxury villas of Pantai Lima Estate that can host large events and accommodates up to 80 guests, with the capacity of 54 guests staying together in all the villas. Further information can be provided upon request.
NYEPI DAY
Please be informed that Bali observes Nyepi, the Hindu Day of Silence, marking the start of the Saka New Year. The 24-hour observance begins at 05:59 AM and ends at 06:00 AM the following day, during which the island will come to a complete standstill. No outdoor activities are allowed.
Nyepi Day in Bali has no fixed date every year. According to the Balinese Calendar, Nyepi will take place a day after the 9th new moon. In the Gregorian Calendar, it will be in March. When making a reservation, our team will inform you in advance if your booking dates coincide with Nyepi.
