Master Bedroom
- The five en-suite bedrooms are accommodated on different levels of large landscaped gardens. The Master Bedroom (Joglo Villa) and Bedroom 5 with en-suite bathrooms, swimming pool, landscaped garden and enclosed living area or media room are located on the lower level, while Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 with en-suite bathrooms, the pavilion with kitchen bar and lounge area, an alfresco dining area, spa and yoga bale can be found on the upper level.
- The bed in the ‘Suite’ is framed by an ornate headboard, while the ‘Gebyok’ room is named after the intricately-carved Javanese screen wall at its entrance.
- The other three bedrooms, each with incredibly romantic private garden bathrooms, are housed in traditional standalone wooden buildings from Java.
- The master is an antique ‘Joglo’, which was once the home of a nobleman, its centerpiece being a dreamy four-poster marriage bed positioned under the ‘tumpang sari’– a series of staggered horizontal beams with elaborate carvings.
- Another bedroom can be found in a traditional ‘Gladak’, a charming, colorful, rectangular house, elevated above the ground, and characterized by a covered, fenced veranda, accessed by a set of steps. Inside, the bed is positioned beneath a beautifully carved wooden arch.
- Each of the bedrooms presents a plush king-sized bed, a TV, and some striking antique furnishings, including desks and chairs and a ‘gerobog’ rice storage chest on wheels.
- Each bathroom is fitted with a rainshower, twin washbasins and a luxurious bathtub.
CHILD POLICY & EXTRA BEDDING
- Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.

- USD 850++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge) and IDR 3,000,000 for local community banjar fee.
- Option to host small gatherings of up to 20 guests held before/after the main event is available at USD 250++ and IDR 3,000,000 for local community banjar fee.
- Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
- Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. The amount of USD 1,000 will be used at the Property Management Company’s discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
- Guests are required to have an event organizer when an event fee is charged.
- Guests must prearrange their own transport as there may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
- No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa.
- Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
- Music curfew (sound system, DJ, and live music) is until 12 AM (midnight).

NYEPI DAY
Please be informed that Bali observes Nyepi, the Hindu Day of Silence, marking the start of the Saka New Year. The 24-hour observance begins at 05:59 AM and ends at 06:00 AM the following day, during which the island will come to a complete standstill. No outdoor activities are allowed.
Nyepi Day in Bali has no fixed date every year. According to the Balinese Calendar, Nyepi will take place a day after the 9th new moon. In the Gregorian Calendar, it will be in March. When making a reservation, our team will inform you in advance if your booking dates coincide with Nyepi.
