Master 1
With a high-pitched wooden ceiling suspended over hardwood floors, together with a king-size bed, comfortable soft furnishings and balconies on two sides looking out over the pool and garden, the master bedroom will induce nothing but extreme contentment for those lucky enough to draw the winning straw. The jewel in its crown, however, must be the gargantuan ensuite bathroom with its vast soaking tub and private garden.
Master 2
Similar in size to the master bedroom, this second upstairs master room is equipped with a king-size bed and its own wrap-around terrace overlooking the pool and garden. With its earthy tones, hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings and very spacious bathroom, this suite is bound to impress.
Guest bedroom 1
Furnished with a king-size bed which converts into twins and large ensuite bathroom complete with soaking tub, this guest bedroom is discreetly tucked away behind the dining room. The room looks out across a neat lawn to a water wall and ornamental pond, allowing guests to drift into dream-time to the soothing sounds of falling water.
Guest bedroom 2 & 3
Located at the far end of the garden, either side of a covered but open-sided living area, these two super-comfortable rooms have king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms and great views out over the lawn and pool. A 7 x 3 meter plunge pool adds to the luxury of this guest pavilion.

Event Space
The lawn immediately in front of the swimming pool is a superb place to host welcome drinks and the timber deck next to the pool makes a great venue for the wedding ceremony. The roof terrace, complete with rural vistas, offers an alternate area for sunset cocktails and canapés.

Kitchen and Bar
The villa’s kitchen may not be used for events. Caterers should set up a satellite kitchen in the car park, outside the main staff kitchen, and use a partition to screen off this area. The villa’s two bars may be used for events, however, the bar next to the DJ booth is the most suitable for large gatherings. EOs are advised to use plastic mats to protect its surface.
DJ Equipment
The villa’s DJ equipment may be hired by professional DJs only for a fee of US$400. A security deposit of US$1,000is also applicable.

Guest Washrooms
There is one guest washroom close to the bar and DJ booth. It is the responsibility of the EO to ensure the cleanliness of the washroom during events.
Parking
The parking area is to be kept free for guests’ arrivals and departures (drop off and pick up). This means that there is no parking on-site for EOs or suppliers. Vehicles are permitted for a one-hour period for loading but should be off-site at least one hour prior to the event
