Away from the crowds, Villa Kailasha offers a tranquil respite in Bali’s Tabanan regency. This marvelous property sprawls over 11,000 sqm of land, surrounded by coconut groves on three sides and the endless ocean in front.
You will feel like you’re staying in your own private boutique hotel, such is the expanse of the property. Privacy is guaranteed, with bedrooms spread across different pavilions. Yet, each of the nine rooms offers a relaxed and luxurious stay amidst tropical greenery.
With accommodation for up to 18 guests, Villa Kailasha is perfect for large get-togethers, business or yoga retreats, and small personal functions, though there is nothing small about the expanse of its lawns. The grounds are impeccably maintained and dotted with flowering trees and swaying palms. They hold within them a 14-meter swimming pool bordered by sunbeds looking out towards the twinkling blue ocean beyond a glimmering black sand beach.
The double-storey main pavilion is the social hub of the villa, offering both air-conditioned comfort on the upper level and the option to enjoy breezy evenings in the lower-level lounge. Meals are a delicious affair, crafted by the in-house chef and served in the open-sided dining pavilion, its tapering wooden roof adding drama to the already picturesque setting.
With televisions in every room and an air-conditioned multi-purpose room in the main pavilion, there’s plenty to do in the villa. The incredible Kelating Beach is a three-minute walk from the villa. The charm of Villa Kailasha is in its serenity, away from the bustle of everyday life, a quiet and scenic place to relax, renew and reconnect.

In a separate pavilion on the left side of the main pavilion. A complex of rooms including a TV lounge, the sleeping chamber, a walk-in wardrobe and a lavish bathroom, sofa seating and a flat-screen television in the TV lounge, comfortable king-size bed with heavenly views beyond glass doors
The master bathroom features a free-standing bathtub with a frosted glass wall giving the illusion of a tropical bath, glass doors open onto a patio overlooking the ocean beyond lush gardens.

Event Space
The villa’s extensive manicured gardens make a memorable setting for special events from small intimate dinners to more extravagant weddings. Ceremonies are usually held on the poolside deck, overlooking the ocean, with candlelit dinners to follow under a bright canopy of twinkling stars. Lower garden area will be assigned an area for the event space.
The upstairs living area is a perfect space for holding a meeting space or corporate meeting for max 20 guests casually seated. There’s also one washroom available for the meeting near the gym area on the same floor. This space upstairs should not be considered as event space or back up plan weather.
Event Facilities
Kitchen and Bar
The villa’s kitchen cannot be used for events. EOs should set up a satellite kitchen in the car park close to the staff quarters. There is no bar at the villa, therefore freestanding bars must be set up in the lower garden area and in doing so the caterers should take care and protect the grass by using mats to minimize damage. Small wooden deck area near the pool is not a suggested area for a bar or dance floor due to safety reasons.
Guest Washrooms
There are 2 washrooms available in the lobby area that can be used during events. It is the responsibility of the EO to ensure the cleanliness of the washrooms during events.
Parking
The parking area is to be kept free for guests’ arrivals and departures (drop off and pick up). This means that there is no parking on site for EOs or suppliers. Vehicles are permitted for a one-hour period for loading but should be off site at least one hour prior to the event. Guests should be encouraged to use drivers for events at Villa Kailasha as there is no taxi service in the area.
Regulation & Restriction
The living room downstairs or the lobby area is ideal for welcome drinks but should not be used as the main event space. Furniture in this room can’t be moved or removed. Staging is not permitted over the pool.
Floating bamboo and foam structures for candles and flowers are permitted however the EO should ensure their removal by 1am or as soon as guests enter the pool in order to avoid any damage or injury.
Dance floor can be built in the lower lawn but must have a raised platform to minimize any damage to the lawns.
Fireworks and the release of balloons and/or Thai wishing lanterns are strictly forbidden. No event set up can take place at the upper garden area. The only event space available is the lower garden only.
