The contemporary-styled 4-bedroom Villa Canggu South, complete with 20-meter swimming pool is located just 100 meters from the beach in the tiny fishing village of Nelayan – literally meaning ‘fisherman’ – close to Canggu on Bali’s south-west coast.
Designed to maximize the natural light and catch the cool breezes even at the hottest time of year, the villa is decorated with an exciting collection of colorful artwork and offers a choice of air-conditioned comfort or tropical semi-open-air living with wide glass doors that can be opened to invite the sea breezes inside. Guests also have the choice of indoor and outdoor dining areas to suit every occasion.
The villa is well suited for groups of friends or families, with plenty of facilities for kids and a professional team of staff that includes a manager, butlers, housekeeping, 24-hour security, a car and driver and a private chef. With its flat lawns, reception areas and sweeping staircase.
Canggu is fast evolving into Bali’s hippest beachside scene, with a laid-back vibe, numerous eateries, vibrant live music venues, yoga studios, spas and some chic beachwear boutiques all just five minutes’ drive from the villa.
Villa Canggu South adjoins the two-bedroom Villa Canggu North, and the two villas can be separated by a retractable garden wall. When all six bedrooms are rented together, the garden can be opened up to create a luxurious space with two pools, two living and dining rooms and interconnecting doors.

Master suite
Situated on the ground floor, Villa Canggu South’s master suite provides every comfort and luxury, including a king-size bed, sofa, mirrored wardrobes and desk. Sliding glass doors open to a terrace bordered by bulrushes facing the well-manicured garden, while the glamorous marble bathroom is fitted with a sunken jacuzzi bathtub for two and a walk-in rain shower.
Guest suites
The ground-floor guest suite is furnished with twin beds that convert to a king, a comfy sofa and a hand-painted cherry tree mural which makes a peaceful scene to wake up to, whilst on the other side is a complementing zen-inspired mini garden. The ensuite Palimanan stone bathroom is fitted with a large circular soaking tub for two and a walk-in shower.
The two upstairs guest suites are each furnished with king-size beds, desks and ottomans, and decorated with colourful artwork. Lucky guests in the front bedroom can enjoy the additional space provided by a large stone balcony overlooking the pool and garden. Each guest suite is adjoined by a Palimanan stone bathroom equipped with a walk-in rain shower.

Event Space
Ceremonies can take place in the beautiful garden area at Canggu North and reception is best set up around the pool area at Canggu South. If you are looking for a buffet this can be nicely set up in front of Canggu North’s living room.
The paved area around the pool can be used as a dance floor area OR bar set up. Due to its limited space for the event, Canggu villa will work perfectly for a small and intimate wedding where most activities will take place around the pool area.
Event Facilities
Kitchen and Bar
The villa’s main kitchen is not designed for event use; therefore caterers must set up a satellite kitchen at the villa’s garage area and a cover mat should be used to protect the floor.
There is no bar available at the villa for event use, therefore caterers will need to supply freestanding bars and use a mat to protect the palimanan paved area.
Guest Washrooms
There are two guest washrooms available for guests’ use, one inside the living room of Canggu North and another one next to stairs towards the dining room of Canggu South. It is the responsibility of the EO to ensure the cleanliness of the washrooms during the events.
Parking and Access
The parking area is to be kept free for guests’ arrival and departure (drop-off and pick-up only). This means that there is no parking on-site for EOs or suppliers. Vehicles are permitted for a one-hour period for loading but should be off-site at least one hour prior to the event.
Guests should be encouraged to use drivers or taxis for events at Villa Canggu.
