Upstairs master
Through the wide carved doors of the upstairs master bedroom is where the magic happens at Asada. A vast palace of a room with high ceilings, private balconies, a king-sized bed sheathed in white netting, and a black-tiled bathroom fit for a queen. Privacy and ocean views in two directions make it hard to leave your bed each morning. Instead, why not order room service and revel in a comfort you just know you could become accustomed to.
Downstairs master
The downstairs master is a mirror image of the room above except with its own terrace onto the garden and the pool. The views from the king-sized bed are every bit as awe-inspiring, and in the bathroom is the added bonus of an open-air shower that takes bathing to a whole different level.
Guest rooms
Flanking the downstairs TV lounge the two guest rooms are identical, offering more than enough space, light and comfort for a delightful stay. They both have queen-sized beds and are tastefully filled with colorful soft furnishings and toe-pleasingly warm timber floors. Each leads out to the pool terrace and adjoins the TV room making them ideal for kids, and their ensuite bathrooms have both rain showers and tubs. One room offers a slight advantage in that it looks out over the pool and has a lily pond view from both the bed and the bath.

Event Space
Villa Asada’s indoor event space can accommodate 50 sit-down guests. The main living area is ideal for welcome drinks and sunset cocktails whilst the extensive lawns are the venue for openair Balinese dance performances and larger parties..
Event Facilities
Kitchen and Bar
The villa’s kitchen may be used for events; facilities available for use include a stove, an oven, and a fridge. All other equipment should be supplied by the caterers. The kitchen must be returned to its original state of cleanliness by 7 am the morning after the event. The villa manager or a designated staff member will be available for the handover of the kitchen.
Alternatively, a satellite kitchen can be set up on the timber deck outside the villa’s kitchen. If choosing this option, a tent must be used to cover this area. The bar by the pool deck can be made available for events; we recommend caterers utilize this space and advise EOs to provide mats or covers to protect the surface of the bar.
Guest Washrooms
There are two bathrooms available for guest use; one is attached to the media room and the other just off the main living room (by the villa’s front entrance). The bedroom ensuites should not be used by event guests; we recommend bedrooms be kept locked during the course of any given event. It is the responsibility of the EO to ensure the cleanliness of the washrooms during events.
Parking
Car parking is available on the land next door to Villa Asada, however, as the road will not support them, coaches and large vehicles are not permitted
Regulation & Restriction
The furniture in the living room area may be moved with the exception of the dining table. This living area may be used for hosting a dinner, however, all equipment including tables and chairs must be fitted with non-slip floor protectors. Marquees must be freestanding.
Flooring is allowed but should be laid on the day of the event to limit damage to the grass. Staging over the pool is not permitted.
Floating bamboo and foam structures for candles and flowers are permitted, however, they should be removed by the EO by 1 am or as soon as guests enter the pool in order to avoid any damage or injury.
Balloon and/or Thai wishing lanterns release is strictly forbidden.
