Walking into Tirtha Bayu Villa II, the vision of blue on blue will take your breath away, with the glistening water of the infinity pool melding seamlessly with the Indian Ocean beyond to create a sense of endless flow. There is beautiful symmetry too, with coconut palms, golden-tipped frangipani and lush gardens framing the view. The high-pitched roof of the central pavilion is inspired by traditional Torajan architecture, with the upper floor containing a sumptuous honeymoon suite flanked by a roof terrace with 360-degree views. The lower floor is an air-conditioned living area with two deluxe bedrooms on each side, accessed by a shaded veranda. The Torajan theme continues with elaborate hand-carved furniture and decorative reliefs throughout the villa.
Built for large family vacations, the living pavilion at the south end of the pool has glass doors that fold back to create a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Meanwhile, a pool balé at the northern end is yet another perfect spot for you to relax and soak up the views. Honeymoon Suite
Occupying the entire first floor, the air conditioned honeymoon suite is uber romantic. Take in the stunning 360 degree panorama of rice fields, volcanos and Indian Ocean, wrapped in the arms of your loved one. The generous space is made cozy by colorful rugs, and sloping ceilings with billowing drapes framing the ocean view. The emperor size bed is raised on a wooden platform and top with the softest linens. The room is self-contained with a lounge area, 43-inch flat-screen, satellite channel TV, floor cushions, dining table and kitchen. Not to be overshadowed, the stylish bathroom boasts twin vanities, a rain shower and a large soaking tub.

Four air-conditioned ground flour deluxe suites are located on either side of the living room. Contemporary in style with king size beds and pool plus ocean views, each room offers you the chance to relax in its private lounge area furnished with sofa, chaise, and a 43-inch flat-screen TV. Elegant bathrooms have bathtubs, double vanities, indoor showers tiled in creamy marble indoor and additional outdoor showers fringed in tropical greenery. Event Space
Welcome cocktails are most suitable in the pool area at Villa I, continued with ceremony on the lower lawn by the beach. Dinner reception area will best take place in the paved area by the pool at Villa II.
Event Facilities
Kitchen and Bar
The villa’s kitchen must not be used during an event. Caterers can set up a satellite kitchen in the open area at the back near the staff area by setting up tents. Or when booking Villa I only for up to 50 pax, the satellite kitchen can be set up on the road next to the villa with direct access to the lower lawn by the beach. Free-standing bars can be set up in the paved area by the pool or grass area and must use a mat to protect the grass
Guest Washrooms
There are two guest’s washrooms available. One is located inside the villa’s main living room and another is attached to the dining bale at Villa II.
When booking Villa I only, one public toilet is available next to the gym area. It is the responsibility of the EO to ensure the cleanliness of the washrooms during events.
Parking
The parking area is to be kept free for guests’ arrival and departure (drop-off and pick-up only) and the vendors can park along the villa’s entrance towards the back area of the villa.
Guests should be encouraged to use drivers or taxis for events at Tirtha Bayu Estate.
Regulation & Restriction
The main living and dining room for both villas must not be used as an event space. The furniture cannot be moved or removed. Staging is not permitted over the pool.
Floating bamboo and foam structures for candles and flowers are permitted however they should be removed by the EO by 1am or as soon as guests enter the pool in order to avoid any damage or injury.
Fireworks, balloon release, and Thai wishing lanterns are strictly forbidden.
