Master suites
Furthest away from the main pavilion and closest to the beach, the two luxurious master suites face each other across the pool. Similar in style, both come furnished with a king-size, contemporary, four-poster bed, vanity area and silk upholstered couch. Their lavish bathrooms feature generous-sized sunken bathtubs, room-size walk-in rain shower, his n’ hers washbasins and, beyond, a small courtyard with modern glass sculptures contrasting with traditional-style Balinese water statues and pool. At the opposite end, a terraced area features comfy cushioned outdoor furniture (with encircling silk drapes for privacy) and a relaxing private plunge pool, looking out over the sea.
Both master suites are additionally equipped with a satellite TV and DVD player.
Queen rooms
Next to the master suites are two Queen Rooms featuring queen-size four-poster beds. Wood and glass sliding doors lead to chic ensuite bathrooms with mini-sunken baths that double as showers (massage and traditional Balinese style).
Junior rooms
Accessed through internal sliding doors from each of the Queen Rooms are adjoining Junior Rooms, each furnished with twin beds – one with canopied, mosquito nets – making them very suitable for children (these rooms are ideally positioned nearest to the living pavilion, so parental surveillance is easy in the evenings). Ensuites with showers are attached to both Junior Rooms.
Interiors in all four rooms follow the style of the master suites and all bathrooms are delightfully sunny, courtesy of a conservatory-style, sloping glass roof decorated with rattan. Outside, intimate patios are edged with white pebbles, black tiles and tropical foliage; ornamented by glass standing candle-holders and furnished with a single, black reclining lounger.

Event Space
The villa’s main living room may be used for welcome cocktails and canapés. This room’s impressive proportions make it extremely spacious, and it may be used as a back-up option in case of rain. In fine weather, the lush tropical gardens and poolside decking are the villa’s prime event spaces
Event Facilities
Kitchen andBar The kitchen in the villa is not suitable for events but caterers may set up a satellite kitchen in the car park. Caterers must also apply their own freestanding bar for events. Guest Washrooms There is one public bathroom attached to the living room. It is recommended that one bedroom toilet is made available to guests. It is the responsibility of the EO and the guests to ensure belongings in the bedrooms that remain open are stored safely.
Parking
The parking area is to be kept free for guests’ arrivals and departures (drop off and pick up only). This means that there is no parking on site for EOs or suppliers. Vehicles are permitted for one hour period for loading but should be off site at least one hour prior to the event. Guests should be encouraged to use drivers for events at YlangYlang as there is no taxi stand nearby.
Regulations and Restrictions
The living room is available for welcome drinks but may not be used as a main event space.
No staging should be built into or over the pool. Floating bamboo and foam structures for candles and flowers are permitted however they should be removed by the EO by 1 am or as soon as guests enter the pool in order to avoid any damage to the pool.
Marquees must be freestanding. Flooring is allowed but we request that this is done on the day of the event only so as to limit damage to grass. Fireworks and/or Thai wishing lanterns are strictly forbidden
