The Iman Villa includes plenty of family friendly features, including a kids’ wading pool, games and toys. The manicured lawns, neatly terraced to echo the neighboring rice fields, also make it a great venue for weddings and events. Groups will enjoy the privacy accorded by accommodation spread between two buildings: a main two-storey house containing three bedrooms, and a guest kitchen, plus a two-bedroomed guesthouse with a cozy living/dining area and small kitchen. Looking down over the swimming pool, which juts out dramatically above the terraced lawns, is a vast living pavilion with a comfortable sunken lounge and a dining table for 12. The villa is equipped with Apple TV, large plasma screens and WiFi throughout; perfect for those who wish to stay connected.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is on the top floor of the main building with sloping walls and floor-to-ceiling windows revealing 180-degree views. Sliding doors open onto the roof terrace with outdoor lounge suite and sunken jacuzzi. A large bathroom incorporates a walk-in dressing room, freestanding tub, walk-in shower and window seat.
Bedroom two & three
Bedroom two, neighboring the master, is equally suited to kids or adults, with cheerful green soft furnishings and long window seat. Like the master, it also opens onto the rooftop terrace. This room’s ensuite bathroom is fitted with a rain shower.
Bedroom three is on the ground floor of the main building, with vibrant turquoise soft furnishings, carved wooden decorative wall panels and latticed occasional chairs. Glass sliding doors open onto the lawn. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a freestanding bath tub overlooking a courtyard garden.
Bedroom four & five
Both guest house bedrooms open onto an expansive stretch of lawn with views out to the rice fields. Bedroom four has apricot pink soft furnishings, built-in wardrobes and ensuite with shower. Bedroom five is slightly larger with white and beige furnishings and a daybed tucked into an alcove. The king-size bed in this room can convert to twins. The bathroom features a sunken tub with a shower.

The villa is a fabulous venue for special events. The lush upper lawns are ideal for welcome cocktails and canapés, while the terrazzo deck by the swimming pool is perfect for a ceremony
Event Facilities
Kitchen and Bar
The villa main’s kitchen is not available for use during events; caterers should set up a satellite kitchen instead. There is a bar in the sunken balé that may be used for events, however, caterers must use plastic mats to protect its surface. For larger events, it is recommended that freestanding bars be set up on the villa’s extensive lawns.
Guest Washrooms
There is one guest washroom attached to the dining room. For larger groups, guests can also make use of the washroom located off the entertainment room. It is the responsibility of the EO to ensure the cleanliness of the bathrooms during events.
Parking
The parking area is to be kept free for guests’ arrivals and departures (drop off and pick up). Vendors and suppliers must “only” use the lower entrance and park their vehicles at the rear of the villa.
Regulation & Restriction
Furniture in the dining room cannot be removed and this area should not be used as the main event space.
Marquees should be freestanding. Staging is permitted over the pool however a site plan must be submitted a minimum of one month in advance for approval.
Floating bamboo and foam structures for candles and flowers are permitted however the EO should ensure their removal by 1 am or as soon as guests enter the pool in order to avoid any damage or injury.
Fireworks and the release of balloons/Thai wishing lanterns are strictly forbidden.
