Five-bedroom Seseh Beach Villa I and six-bedroom Seseh Beach Villa II can each be rented separately or together to create a total of eleven bedrooms sleeping up to 20 adults and four children (in Villa II’s bunk room). A further two beds can be made available in both villas for an extra charge.
The villas share a main thatch-roofed entrance and are linked via individual gates from a pretty terraced garden area complete with ornamental water features and fish-filled ponds.Seseh Beach Villas offer a total of eleven luxurious bedrooms, including a kids’ bunk room, across two self-contained seaside villas set in lush tropical gardens. In total, the villas can sleep 20 adults and four children, and comprise two generously sized swimming pools, multiple living and dining areas, garden pavilions and a host of mod cons. The villas connect via a garden gate and the sizable flat lawns and coastal setting make this an excellent venue for weddings and events of up to 200 guests. The villas are similarly sized with five king or queen-sized bedrooms apiece (some of these convert into twins), however Seseh Beach Villa II’s additional kids’ bunk room, which doubles up as a playroom, makes it ideal for families traveling together.

Master Suites
The two master suites are situated upstairs in separate wings, offering spectacular sea views from their four-poster king-size beds and from their breezy balconies, which are beautiful spots for relaxing in private. Guests can enjoy satellite-channel TVs and DVD players, walk-through dressing rooms, and air-conditioned bathrooms with an indoor and an outdoor shower, as well as a rooftop soaking tub.
Guest Bedrooms
Two guest rooms lie at the front of the main building on the ground floor, are furnished with king-size beds that convert to twins, and equipped with satellite-channel TVs and DVD players. Glass doors slide open to terraces overlooking the garden and pool while walk-through dressing rooms lead to air-conditioned bathrooms fitted with a shower, and courtyards with a bathtub and shower open to the sky.
With twin beds that convert to a king, and a satellite-channel TV and DVD player, the guest room to the rear of the ground floor is well suited for children. The air-conditioned ensuite bathroom, fitted with a rain shower, leads to a courtyard with a bathtub and another shower open to the sky, as well as a secret outdoor sitting area. Even though this room doesn’t have a sea view, the sound of the waves is ever-present.

Event Facilities
Kitchen and Bar
Caterers can set up a satellite kitchen outside Seseh Beach Villas main kitchen. There is no bar available for event use therefore caterers will need to supply free standing bars. Bars can be set up in one of the pool side bales and in a paved area in front of the villa’s temple. Caterers need to use a mat to protect the floor and grass surface.
Guest Washrooms
There are a total of six public toilets between both villas; they are located in the pool bale and additional ones can be found in the villa’s main living room. EOs are responsible for the cleanliness of the bathrooms during the event.
Parking
The parking area is to be kept free for guests’ arrivals and departures (drop off and pick up only). This means that there is no parking on-site for EOs or suppliers. Vehicles are permitted for one hour period for loading but should be off-site at least one hour prior to the event.
Power Generator
Seseh Beach Villas has an 80 KVA generator which must be used at all times taking place in the property; the cost will be US$ 200++
Regulation & Restriction
For larger groups, we suggest holding the ceremony on the sand dune area and thereafter move to the back villa for cocktails, followed by a dinner reception at the front villa.
Dancing is permitted either in the pool bale or in the wooden deck surrounding the swimming pool. Fire dancers are allowed in the grass in front of the pool. The beach/pool bale furniture can be moved/ removed allowing space for either bands/dj or even as a wet weather dining option.
Staging over the pool is permitted, however, a site plan must be submitted at least 1 month prior to event day for prior approval. Floating bamboo and foam structures for candles and flowers are also permitted and they should be removed by the EO by 1 am or as soon as guests enter the pool in order to avoid any damage to the pool.
For lighting installment, vendors must bring their own poles and are not allowed to hang any decoration items, cables, wires, lights on any trees at the villa.
Fireworks and/or Thai wishing lanterns are strictly forbidden. Marquees must be freestanding.
