Villa Rose is one of four exceptional villas that make up the Pandawa Cliff Estate – a hidden paradise located high above the ocean on Bali’s southernmost tip.
As the estate’s name suggests, the villas are positioned on the cliff top overlooking the golden sands of Pandawa Beach. This is spectacular, unadulterated Bali at its best: far from the hoi polloi of Seminyak and Kuta, yet less than half an hour’s drive from the airport and many of Bali’s top attractions, including the dramatically positioned, sacred temple of Uluwatu and the fine dining establishments of Jimbaran and Nusa Dua.
Together, The Pala, Villa Rose, Villa Markisa and Villa Marie offer a total of 21 bedrooms, capable of sleeping 42 adults. This, coupled with the superbly landscaped cliff top gardens, extensive decked areas, huge team of professional yet personable staff and purpose-designed guest facilities, make The Pandawa Cliff Estate a wedding and special event venue par excellence. The four villas also share a sports center with a full-size tennis court, squash court, gym and spa.
Privacy is in no way compromised however, and each villa is sweetly secluded within its own extensive walled gardens. Two-storey Villa Rose has been designed to embrace its sublime clifftop location. The elegant upper-floor lounge is open on all sides to the spectacular ocean views while the glass doors of the grand dining room slide back completely to open the room up to the gardens and infinity-edge pool. Four spacious ensuite bedrooms – two kings and two twins – are set back on either side of the living spaces, all with wide ocean views.
The villas are neatly maintained, inside and out, by a small army of housekeepers, gardeners and pool attendants, and guarded by a team of diligent security staff, while two seven-seater cars with drivers are on standby for guests who wish to explore this delightful corner of the island of the gods.

THE ROOMS
Villa Rose’s four ensuite bedrooms are almost identical in design. On each floor, separated by the entrance foyer on the upper level and a TV lounge below, lie a king bed suite and a twin bed room, which make the villa conveniently configured for families.
Two upstairs rooms have daybeds set into an alcove at the room’s entrance and all of them have walls of sliding glass doors leading onto terraces overlooking the pool, the gardens and the ocean.
All are air conditioned and have high ceilings and warm teakwood floors bordered with creamy marble. Rooms are simply furnished, but each is distinguished with bright, traditional ikat fabric of green, blue and turquoise.
Elegantly curved sofas face the ocean views from the base of the beds in the king rooms and the charming twin beds feature hand-carved, painted headboards.
The four bathrooms are also identical, apart from the addition of outdoor showers in the two rooms downstairs. Teak woodwork, marble floors and vanities, freestanding bathtubs, well-lit fitted dressing areas and glass enclosed showers with wide shower heads set into the ceiling make for a bright and invigorating start to any day.

Sunset cocktails can be set up in the lower stone deck in front of Villa Rose’s swimming pool, which offers stunning ocean views.
Villa Rose’s front upper lawn is ideal for sit down dinners and live entertainment for a larger event.
Event Facilities
Kitchen and Bar
Outside caterers are not permitted to use the villa’s bar and kitchen at any time. There are two commercial kitchens at the rear of The Pala and Villa Markisa specially built for events, however caterers should bring their own cooking equipment if catering for a particularly large event. If necessary, plating can be done outside this kitchen but the preparation area should be screened from view. Trucks may be unloaded from the path beside the kitchen but must not be parked there. Bars should be freestanding. EOs are advised to take appropriate measures to minimize the damage to the grass
Guest Washrooms
Villa Rose’s pair is located side-by-side in the garden same as Villa Markisa . It is the responsibility of the EO to ensure the cleanliness of these washrooms during events.
Parking
The parking area is to be kept free for guest arrivals and departures. Vehicles are permitted for a one hour period for loading but should be off site at least one hour prior to the event. Trucks may be unloaded from the path beside the kitchen but must not be parked there.
Regulation & Restriction
The main living and dining room at Rose should not be used as main event spaces and if in case these areas are used as an event space or as a backup plan during the wet weather, this will incur a penalty fee of USD 5,000++.
Floating bamboo and foam structures for candles and flowers are allowed, however, EOs should ensure their removal by 1am or as soon as guests enter the pool in order to avoid any damage or injury.
Floating stage arrangement will require a refundable security deposit at US$ 4,000 which is payable in cash upon check in.
Marquees must be freestanding. Fireworks, Thai wishing lanterns and/or the release of balloons are strictly forbidden. Only one wedding will be allowed on the estate any one day
