MASTER BEDROOM - PANDAN
The master suite at NoKu Beach House faces the ocean and boasts a vine-covered terrace bordered by a rooftop water feature for enjoying the uninterrupted views. Cooled with a choice of ceiling fan or air conditioning, this suite has calm-inducing mood lighting and a king-size bed with butter soft linens.
Catch a movie on the satellite TV, DVD player or relax to some tunes on the suite’s state-of-the-art Void sound system. A deep sofa overlooks the beach while a sumptuous tropical ensuite bathroom has a huge bathtub, rain shower and matching dressers.
JASMINE, GINGER, AND BOUGAINVILLEA BEDROOMS
These bedrooms have top quality king-size beds with lush linens, mood lighting, ceiling fan and air-conditioning.

Event Space
The wedding ceremony can be held at the beachfront deck area which enjoys beautiful ocean views with the sunset as the background, whilst the dinner reception can be set up around the pool area if there are less than 50 guests. For larger numbers the villa has a large lawn which also provides a fantastic space for functions.
The upper desk of the pool bale isa sensational space for the entertainment – bands or DJ booth and the pool bale area will be ideal to host standing cocktails served after the ceremony. The furniture can be moved / removed to provide the event space.
Dancing is permitted on the b beachfront deck area or a dance floor may be built in the lawn, however it must have a raised platform to minimize damage to the grass.
Event Facilities
Kitchen and Bar
Noku Beach House is staffed to world class standards and supported by an Executive Chef from Australia with a team of experienced kitchen staff.
There is a commercial kitchen available for outside caterers at the vendor access area which is specially built for events, however caterers should bring their own cooking equipment if catering for particularly large events. If necessary, platting can be done outside after the vendor loading has finished – around 2pm or earlier. Trucks may be unloaded from the path beside the kitchen but must not be parked there, there is no parking available, only a loading zone. It is recommended that all equipment be unloaded the night before set up and stored in the secure area beside the kitchen.
The villa has a bar in the pool bale which may be used for events. We strongly suggest caterers set up free standing bars on the lawn. Caterers should take care to protect the grass as well as the surface of the villa’s bar by using mats to minimize damage.
Guest Washrooms
There are a total of 4 public toilets available for guest use. 2 guest toilets are available near the villa dining and living room and the additional 2 can be found attached to the villa’s main building. It is the responsibility of the EO to oversee the cleanliness of the toilets during the course of the event and the guests to ensure their belongings in their bedrooms are safely stored.
Parking
The parking area is to be kept free for guests arrivals and departures (drops & pick up only). There is no parking on site for EOs or suppliers. Vehicles are permitted a max one hour period for loading/unloading however must be off site at least one hour prior to the event
Regulation & Restriction
The living room and pergola terrace are ideal for welcome drinks. Furniture in here may be removed and this space can be used for smaller events (less than 50) as a contingency in the event of rain. EOs should consider this case of emergencies and ensure proper wet weather plans be conceived for events taking place between November and March.
Fireworks, balloon release, and/or Thai wishing lanterns are strictly forbidden.
Marquees are allowed, however these must be freestanding
The loading area must be cleared 2 hours before the event is due to commence as after that no vehicles are allowed to enter this loading area. Maximum loading time allowed is for a period of 1 hour.
No staging is to built into or over the pool
Floating bamboo and foam structures for candles and flowers are permitted however the EO should ensure their removal by 1 am or as soon as guests enter the pool in order to avoid any damage or injury.
