Master Bedroom
The villa boasts two master bedrooms set privately away from the main house. Both of these spacious king-bedded rooms have their own plunge pool, a furnished outdoor living area, an indoor lounge room with satellite television, DVD player and iPod docks as well as enormous ensuite bathrooms featuring indoor and outdoor shower and bath.
Guest bedroom 1
This ground floor bedroom, accessed via a hallway of merbau-wood shutters, has twin beds, making it ideal for families (the beds can also be conveniently joined together to form a king). The room is equipped with a television, DVD player, and features marble floors, a dressing area and sliding doors which lead, via a small dressing area, to an ensuite bathroom with sunken granite bathtub and shower.
Guest bedroom 2
On the other side of the hallway, also accessed via a shuttered walkway, lies the second guest bedroom which features a king-size bed, writing desk with lovely views overlooking palm trees, television, DVD player, marble floors and sliding doors which open onto a wooden deck overlooking the swimming pool and garden, and offering the best sunrise views. The bathroom is accessed by sliding doors via a small dressing area and features a sunken granite bathtub and a shower.
Guest bedrooms 3 and 4
The two first-floor guest bedrooms are accessed via a wooden staircase. Guest bedroom 3 is also furnished with twin beds that can be joined together to make a king, while guest bedroom 4 has a king-size bed. Both rooms are equipped with a television, DVD player, dressing room and ensuite bathroom with sunken bathtub and shower. Bedroom 3 has a wooden deck surrounded by stunning bougainvillea and with views over the rice paddies, while bedroom 4’s deck is furnished with a daybed and boasts glorious ocean views.

Event Space
The only space to hold the ceremony and dinner is on the terrazzo by the pool, and EO’s need to plan accordingly on the re-set up plan after the ceremony. Beach Bale can be used as a cocktail space after the ceremony (if the weather allows), if not cocktail can take place at the grass area at the villa entrance.
Event Facilities
Kitchen and Bar
Caterers should set up their satellite kitchen outside the villa’s main kitchen, by the parking area to the side of the property; ideally, they should use a partition to screen off this area. There is an existing bar in the pool balé that may be used for events (if weather allowed) OR set up a freestanding bar at the terrazzo area by the pool; EOs are advised to place mats to protect the surface of the bar counter and the floor surface.
Guest Washrooms
There is one guest washroom attached to the beach balé. If additional washrooms are required, one of the bedroom ensuites may be made available. It is the responsibility of the EO and the guests to ensure belongings in any bedrooms that remain open are stored safely. EOs are also responsible for the cleanliness of the bathrooms during events
Parking
The parking area is to be kept free for guests’ arrival and departure (pick-up and drop-off). This means that there is no parking on site for EOs or suppliers. Vehicles are permitted for a one hour period for loading but should be off-site at least one hour prior to the event
Regulation & Restriction
The villa’s grand entrance lawns are available for welcome drinks but may not be used as a main event space. Marquees must be freestanding.
The furniture in the beach balé can be moved or removed, allowing space for either a band or a DJordancefloor(if the weather allows).
Floating bamboo and foam structures for candles and flowers are permitted however the EO should ensure their removal by 1am or as soon as guests enter the pool in order to avoid any damage or injury.
Fireworks and the release of balloons and/or Thai wishing lanterns are strictly forbidden.
