Anandathu Villas 1 Bed is a modern enclave of 2 units two-bedroom and 2 units three-bedroom pool villas, which can be rented individually or together in various configurations. The property is just 3km from the heart of Canggu, Bali’s most exciting neighborhood. A quick drive will get you to Batu Bolong Beach, Echo Beach, and Pererenan Beach—considered a mecca for surfers! Trendy cafés that can take you from coffee to cocktails are also close to the area, like Human Bean, Sensorium and Sa’Mesa.
Each unit comes with a private entrance and a private 7-meter swimming pool, providing accommodation for a group of four guests. The design is minimalist with polished concrete floors throughout and very little ornamentation. However, the abundant use of sustainably grown teakwood, which can be seen not only in the modern furnishings but also in the pool deck, window and door frames, kitchen units, stair rails, bathroom vanities and the beams of the vaulted roofs, brings warmth and colour to the interior and garden with honey-golden, buttery shades of wheat and amber. Plenty of lush greenery in the form of flowering trees and shrubs, a flat lawn, and trailing vines complement the tropical vibe.
The 2 units three-bedroom villa : Villa Ascarya and Villa Ayuddha and 2 units two-bedroom villa : Villa Avyathi and Villa Arthya. All the four pool villas come with comfortable furnishings and air-conditioned dining and living areas decked out in modern interiors, each with a private entrance and a private 8.5-metre or 7-meter swimming pool. There are 2 bean bags available for sunbathing or relaxing and 2 pool towels at your disposal.
The focal point of the villa is the living & dining room offering the choice of open-air living or air-conditioned comfort. It is furnished with a dining table for four and a sitting area with a coffee table and cushioned teakwood bench seats, and a 40-inch TV with local and international channels. It also incorporates a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and two highchairs. The kitchen is well-equipped for either guest use or for the personal catering service of a private chef (at additional cost).
