Sungai Tinggi Beach Villa comprises a main six-bedroom villa, a glorious open-sided living and dining pavilion, lush gardens and an 18-meter infinity edge pool.
This blissful villa sits on the banks of a small lagoon, where the river meets the sea, with over 100 meters of beach frontage overlooking one of Canggu’s most famous surf breaks. Soft rolling lawns hug the landscape’s natural contours while a free-form 18-meter infinity swimming pool blends seamlessly with the ocean all the way to the horizon. The garden, bursting with fragrant frangipanis, swaying coconut palms and luscious green foliage, is a stunning private oasis, and amidst its tropical expanse lies the villa’s dedicated events space – a coconut grove directly connected to the beach via a pretty timber walkway, which makes an unforgettable setting for nuptial vows.

MASTER SUITE
Sungai Tinggi Beach Villa’s master suite is spectacular. Here, an exquisite collection of antiques and artifacts vie for attention with the ocean view beyond the private terrace. From behind the four-poster king-size bed, a Buddha statue casts its protective eyes over sleeping guests, while armchairs around a small round table provide a cozy spot for morning coffee.
Hidden behind traditional carved doors is a dressing area. Equally impressive in size and décor is the garden bathroom, with open-air shower, twin washbasins and a circular terrazzo bathtub for two.
MAIN HOUSE GUEST BEDROOMS
Three guest bedrooms in the main house feature whitewashed four-poster king-size beds (two are convertible to twins), draped in mosquito netting and dressed with crisp white linen and batik cushions that contrast nicely against the Bengkirai wood floor.
The two downstairs rooms open onto the garden, while the upstairs bedroom opens onto a balcony shared with an adjacent lounge and panoramic ocean views. Each comes with air conditioning and ceiling fans. All three ensuite bathrooms are individually designed – one has a sunken terrazzo tub, another an alfresco shower, and the upstairs bathroom a shower looking out over rice fields.
JOGLO
The private Joglo at Sungai Tinggi Beach Villa has two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, and the other with twin beds (can also be set up as king), both overlooking the coconut grove. These romantic teak wood-paneled retreats feature antique armor and distinctive Indonesian furniture, decorative Madura panels and black-and-white prints of 1930s Bali.
The Joglo has its own kitchenette and dining areas in between the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning and overhead fans.

Event Facilities
Kitchen and Bar
For groups of up to 40 seated/60 cocktail guests we recommend that caterers set up a satellite kitchen beside the villa’s main kitchen. In this area, two sinks, a preparation table and a fridge are available for use. All other equipment should be supplied by the caterers. For groups of over 60 guests, the satellite kitchen must be set up on the grassed area between the Main House and the Guest House. A partition must be used to screen off this area.
There is a bar in the villa dining room that can be used for small events; for larger events, freestanding bars can be set up around the coconut grove area. We kindly ask catering companies to protect the surface with mats to minimize damage to the grass.
Guest Washrooms
There is one guest washroom available adjacent to the master suite’s living room in the Main House. It is the responsibility of the EO to ensure the cleanliness of the washrooms during events. Noise Curfew The villa has strict noise levels and therefore No Music is to be played at the main villa‘s living room(or any other areas) after the 11 pm curfew time. Parking Guest parking is not available at Sungai Tinggi Beach Villa, however, parking spaces are available at Pererenan beach and on the street.
Regulations And Restrictions
The Main House living room is the perfect space for welcome drinks, however, this area should not be used as the main event space such as for a sit-down dinner or as a dance floor. Staging is permitted over the pool, however, a site plan must be submitted a minimum of 45 days prior for approval.
Floating bamboo and foam structures for candles and flowers are permitted however they should be removed by the EO by 1 am or as soon as guests enter the pool in order to avoid any damage or injury.
Fireworks and Thai wishing lanterns are strictly forbidden. The event’s balé is only allowed for acoustic band set up and DJ booth. Full/live band, bars, and dance floor need to be set up on the grass area with consideration of using mats to protect the grass for bars, and the dance floor needs to have raised platforms.
Any performances or entertainments that involve fire arrangements such as fire dancers are not allowed in this villa.
Marquees must be freestanding. Freestanding bars are allowed on the timber deck surrounding the Swimming pool; EOs are encouraged to placemats or covers to protect the surface.
